Active Listening Training Guide

This Active Listening Training Guide is going to guide participants through how to properly master the art of attention and empathetic listening that brings about deeper communication between persons in both personal and professional settings. Through this program, participants learn principles and techniques most essential to active listening and have it as a more potent tool for connecting other people, solving disagreements with other people, and enriching interpersonal connections.
