Mr. Saikat Barua is an HR Professional from Bangladesh. He is currently working as Group Head of HR & Admin at Padma Group of Converters. Prior to that, he was working with I-Mart Engineering Limited, a growing Pre-fabricated Steel Building manufacturer company. He has more than 16 years of working experience in reputed Multinational and Local Organizations which includes ACI Godrej Agrovet Private Limited, Marico Bangladesh Limited, Rahimafrooz, Navana Pharmaceuticals, Matador Ballpen, and Apollo Hospitals. He has experience in working in FMCG, Agrovet, RMG, Pharmaceutical, and Service Industries. He has vast experience in talent acquisition, manpower planning, job analysis, employee engagement, training coordination, training need assessment, organization development, quality management system & process improvement, and industrial health & safety.

Mr. Barua has completed his MBA from American International University Bangladesh majoring in Human Resources Management. He has also completed a PGDHRM degree from the Institute of Personnel Management & Post Graduate Diploma in Psychometric & Measurement Techniques from India. He is a certified Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP) from the Human Capital Institute (HCI). He is a certified Lead Auditor on ISO 9001 & Internal Auditor on OHSAS 18001. He has attended several trainings on HRM, Leadership, OD, Labour Law, Safety, Process Improvement, etc.
