- Why meditation is a journey to the truth of Who You Are. From de-identification to the witness consciousness to the state of contemplation.
- To inhabit your body (your home), via breathing, through our senses and felt sensations, and through conscious movement.
- Managing our emotions
- What is the observer, the witness consciousness? A space of liberty that will take us to the truth.
- Compassion and Self-Compassion. Moving from Me to Us.
- Contemplative Neuroscience. How meditation integrates our three brains, what happens to us, and to our brain when we meditate.
- To acquire a series of tools that will lead us to develop our internal resources of lucidity, calm, and compassion.
- To live more awake, free from anxiety, stress, creative and serene in the face of uncertainty.
Prerequisites
- No previous experience is needed. Only to be available. To be available means to be in the right place.
- Materials: A cushion or a chair, yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on the floor (you can use a blanket), comfortable clothing.
