The course, Personality Awareness, and Personal Development focus on learning the skills that help you understand who you are and the factors that determine why you behave the way you do.

Understanding who you are helps you build and make better relationships with people both in your personal situation and at the workplace (for your professional career).

The course also links personality development with Soft skills to show they both go together and how developing your soft skills helps improve your personality.

The course is applicable to people on all levels.

Course Modules/Structure:

The Course is divided into 4 Modules:

• Module 1: Introduction to Personality.
• Module 2: Soft Skills and Personality Awareness.
• Module 3: Self-Personality Development (Man Knows Thy-Self).
• Module 4: Work-Related Personality Development Soft Skills.

CASE STUDY – Using a Fictional Person/Name like Dominic:

• Dominic is a smart, intelligent fellow
• Looking to further develop himself not from a technical perspective but from a personal awareness point of view.
• He intends to channel this development to improve both his personal relationships with family and friends.
• As well as develop his skills at the workplace for the purpose of someday moving to a management or leading role.
