Programming with Python - part 2

In this specific course, we will learn various concepts about programming using the Python language. This is the second part of a series of courses where we will learn how the Python programming language works, as well as programming concepts.

• First, we will introduce more complex data structures beyond the basic ones we learned about in the first part of these courses. This includes sets, dictionaries, bytes, tuples, and lists...
• Afterwards, we will explain the different kinds of loops in Python and how we can use comprehensions to make our loops more compact.
• Next, we will look at scope resolution in Python and the LEGB rule.
• Then we will discuss what kind of errors we can encounter in Python, how we can debug them and handle them as well as how we can create our own exceptions.
• Finally, we will learn how to test our code using a testing framework, and we will learn how fixtures and mocks work.
