Six Sigma White Belt: Quality Improvement Basics (Hindi)

This Six Sigma White Belt course is designed for beginners to provide them with an understanding of the Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. At the end of this course, students will be equipped with knowledge and wisdom related to process improvement, quality management, and application of Lean tools to enhance efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities in Six Sigma: Explore the various belt levels of Six Sigma (White, Yellow, Green, Black, Master Black Belt) and their roles on projects. Find out how a project team works, including who the champions and process owners are.
Basic Six Sigma Terminology: Deepen your understanding of basic Six Sigma terms, such as DPMO, CTQ, VOC, and SIPOC. Learn how to map processes and analyze variations that can impact quality.

Introduction to the DMAIC Framework: Get into the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) framework, a fundamental methodology in Six Sigma to be used for continuous improvement. Understand how each of the phases works and how tools like Pareto charts and control charts can be applied.
Learning: Learn the very basics of the Lean methodology with its core principles such as reduction of waste and continuous improvement. Learn the application of Lean tools such as 5S, OEE, TPM, and KPIs with their integration to Six Sigma.
