Course Description
Tarot reading is more than just an intuitive practice.
There are many base meanings behind each and every card. That information is gathered in conjunction with the other cards you've pulled to extract a deeper meaning.
A tarot reader will often pull multiple cards and read them like a story.
This course is providing the foundation of each card in a way that categorizes in a easier to follow blue print.
Example of things you will learn:
Each deck is divided into Major and Minor Arcana.
Your Minor Arcana cards are divided into four suits and each suit has a base meaning:
Cups - Emotions
Swords - swift and decisive actions are happening
Wands - Are all about spirituality and enterprising
Pentacles - follow all things financial
You Major Arcana are free standing cards that don't belong to a suit. A common example of this is The Devil card or The Fool.
The best way to learn and enhance your skills is by practical application. I would suggest getting yourself one of the foundation Tarot Decks as they have the core pictures and cards included in this course. Some of the fancier newer versions may not have the same pictures or cards in the deck. I would recommend getting yourself the Rider-Waite Tarot set which I will show you in the course. The best way to follow this course is to have a set with you.
I have included quick reference charts as resources. These will provide an at a glance understanding of each card so that you need not remember everything in order to start doing readings.
When you see the patterns start to emerge you begin to understand the cards in a holistic manner.
