Many English words are formed by taking basic words and adding combinations of prefixes and suffixes to them. A basic word to which affixes (prefixes and suffixes) are added is called a root word because it forms the basis of a new word. The root word are mostly from Latin and Greek. This is very similar to the Chinese language, which contains Radical. Radicals normally give you some hints in meaning.
By decoding the root words from Latin and Greek, you will find most deep words such as biology and medical term are easier to remember, you can even sense out a new word meaning even it is new to you or it is even French, Germain or Italian. You will not be intimidated by English words, on the opposite, you will enjoy the “decoding” approach as a fun way to expand your English vocabulary.

I was born in the central China Henan Province, 30 KM north of Chen Jia Gou, the native place of Chen Style Tai Chi and 30 KM south of Shao Lin Temple, another world-famous martial art born place. The martial arts gene may be in the bone!
I learned Chen Style Tai Chi 30 years ago with my Master's Professor. Cuan Sui Tan, a close friend of Master Wang Xi An, Jack Ma's teacher.
Practice Tai Chi for many years and has also been almost a daily goer in a Muay Thai Gym for nearly 10 years, he attends Muay Thai, boxing, BJJ, MMA and Boot Camp with many prominent trainers and MMA fighters.
Combining this essential background, I create a unique system to combine the essence of Tai Chi and Fitness.
