This course is designed to align with the technologies widely used in the industry, such as various PLCs, SCADA systems, HMIs, and AutoCAD Electrical. The automation sector has a high demand for skilled professionals, including PLC programmers, project engineers, SCADA operators, commissioning engineers, control engineers, senior design engineers, and service engineers.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨,

1] Develop the PLC ladder diagram for temperature control systems, traffic control, industrial water level management, remote control operations, and many more.

2] Decide digital and analog I/Os, communication protocol, and instructions for the selection of PLC.

3] Design and develop 10+ real industrial projects based on PLC LD programming.

4] Identify and describe the role of the project engineers in terms of safety, considering societal aspects.

5] Applications of PLC in the industrial sector.

6] Learn PLC-based field I/O connections.

7] Identify the strengths and limitations of PLC for acquiring information, simulating, and monitoring the system.

8] Interfacing of PLC with SCADA.

9] Learn SCADA software for monitoring and backing up large-area production process data.

10] Design creative graphics required for projects.

11] Learn the use of vector graphics, bitmap graphics, library symbols, etc.

12] Identify and assemble the information of physical parameters using SCADA software.

13] Visualise and control vital plant processes in real time.

14] Better understand what is occurring in their plants so they can take action when truly needed.

15] Detect and troubleshoot problems in their processes.

16] Monitor critical equipment and machines that are starting to degrade so they can be better prepared to repair them when needed.

17] Create system diagnostic displays so they can maintain these critical applications more effectively.

18] Selection criteria for the PLC.

 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬:

The course goal is to become an expert and skilled programmer.

To create project datasheets of industrial projects by yourself.

To select an appropriate PLC and communication cable for upcoming industrial projects.

To troubleshoot and diagnose industrial problems.

𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

"Throughout the course, you'll be invited to participate in hands-on projects and assignments, allowing you to put newly learned concepts into immediate practice. By actively engaging in and completing all these projects and assignments, you will gain the skills needed to design and develop PLC and SCADA-based projects and their applications by the end of the course!"
