Lynnette has had a career in lecturing and training in a full time and part time basis in business education, specialising in digital transformation management and business strategy for the past 6 years.

She has been the author of various business programmes, including the well-known professional Diploma in Digital Transformation Management for UCD Professional Academy, a subsidiary of University College Dublin.

She is a certified CPD Trainer and holds a Bachelor of Business – 1st class honours (Undergraduate student of the year) as well as an MBA – 1st class honours (Student of the year) from the University of Wales, Trinity St David. She has been a Teaching Hero Award recipient in 2020 and 2021.

Her skills include being a commercially astute, ambitious professional with a strong background in digital transformation, project management, customer service, and CX experience.

She had notable success in leading and mentoring 100s of business professionals across various industries in digital transformation management at global level from the banking and insurance industry, the building sector, HSE, private hospitals, NGO’s, Irish government departments, consultancy services, from CEO and director level to IT, HR, finance, operations, L&D, and manufacturing.
