It all started during my studies, where I specialized in Human Resource Management and Production & Logistics Management.

In the early stages of my professional career in the field of HR, I worked as a recruiter and successfully conducted hundreds of job interviews.

The topic of application processes has been a constant in my life. I've become an absolute expert over the years.

I've been active in the realm of training and workshops for many years. I worked as a personnel developer for a long time and completed my trainer certification. You can trust in the high quality I bring to the table. That's guaranteed.

Since 2013, I've been working as the HR director at Nifco Germany GmbH. I oversee all aspects of HR work at two locations in Germany, as well as one location in Eastern Europe and the USA.

My direct practical experience is a significant advantage for you, as I can incorporate up-to-date examples into my seminars.

That's the goal of my training.

In 2023, I founded the Growing Mind Academy. This is a passion project I'm driving forward alongside my main job.
