I am a management consultant and trainer specializing in key soft skills.
I design and deliver training courses, collaborating regularly with some of the most prestigious professional schools worldwide. I am also the founder of IL MIO VALORE Academy, a learning ecosystem where individuals can enhance their skills.
As a management consultant, I know that many of my clients have already worked with other professionals but have not achieved the expected results.
I have been lucky to work with highly complex companies—such as Toyota, Samsung, Roche, Timberland, Johnson & Johnson, Caterpillar, Lamborghini, and Gruppo Generali, to name a few—as well as with small entrepreneurs whose names are well known only within their specific industry.
In every project, I strive to bring the same level of commitment, regardless of the organization's size or brand recognition.
Today, I work with anyone who is eager to improve their communication—both as an individual and as a business—through a professional development journey.
The only difference compared to when I started is that now I’m older. And that’s one problem I still haven’t figured out how to solve.
