I have over 5 years of professional experience when it comes to computing and I have spent the majority of my free time learning new computer features. I started out as a Help desk technician and currently work as a Network Administrator for a local MSP. I'm currently in charge of training new help desk technicians for our business and I also provide top tier support when necessary.
